The apartment is in a central and quiet area of Rodalquilar. All kinds of stores, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and other places of historical and artistic interest...
They are just a few steps from the house. Rodalquilar, a former mining village, is considered the most charming of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. It is the closest to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area (the Playazo). Surrounded by idyllic mining history to discover and recently artistic epicenter.
It is distributed by a sunny courtyard at the entrance. Upon entering, you will find the bright and spacious living room with a large sofa bed and TV.
Directly connected to the dining-kitchen, also fully equipped and furnished, with large windows and access to another inner courtyard to barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. We move to the lower part of the house, with a very stable temperature (cool in the hot summer months).
Distributed by two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds, which has access to another patio to wash clothes and take the air; both with large closets to store everything you need.
